I take a very natural and fun approach to my work - documentary with a whole load of joy. I photograph things as they happen, and I believe that’s the only way to celebrate you and your day that oozes loads of real emotion. It’s so important to me that we capture life long memories for you to look back on with love and happiness in years to come.
My approach
Let the good times roll.
That’s perfectly normal. Many of my coupes call themselves camera shy and that’s where I come in - I’ll be right with you for the big photography moments and silently work in the background when you’re enjoying your day.
When it comes to your couple portrait session, I’ll gently guide you into a “pose” that feel comfortable and natural for you. We won’t be recreating any 90s glamour shots (unless you want to), instead we’ll be creating really natural and fun images that capture you at your happiest.
Did you know? I include a complimentary pre-wedding session with my two main packages. A pre-wedding session is a really nice way of getting you familiar with the camera and how I work - we’ll go somewhere fun, we’ll take some photos, I’ll bring the tunes.
Feel nervous in front of the camera?
Scott photographed our wedding in August and was everything you would want in a wedding photographer. He was great at directing everyone for family shots and giving us some gentle direction for the couple shots, which made us feel very natural and comfortable in front of the camera.
He did a fantastic job of discreetly capturing lots of important candid moments without the camera ever feeling intrusive. We really enjoyed having Scott at our wedding and most importantly, the photos are truly beautiful.
